Adaa by Iram operate under a strict no returns or refunds policy.

It is down to the customer to ensure they have made the necessary checks when ordering to ensure there are no issues in sizes. 

Everything that is sent out, undergoes a strict quality check procedure which is also documented in the form of videos and picture evidence.
